- Rope balancing in perfection
With the rope suspension system type „Balance“
you can safely renounce all measurements on the ropes!
- Levels all ropes to the same level, regardless of rope diameter and number of ropes.
- This guarantees no more unevenly tensioned ropes and no more unevenly run-in traction sheaves.
- No spring deflection due to steel springs or rubber buffers. Thus direct load transmission and thus a higher holding accuracy of the system.
- On request with integrated load measuring system.
- Simple detection of slack rope.
For versions with fewer ropes than the basic block offers, the corresponding suspension points are closed with blind plugs.
In the photo on the left, as an example, a block of 9 for 7 ropes with 2 blind plugs.
Cable locks according to DIN15315 are included in the scope of delivery!
